I bought a karting certificate as a gift. During registration, they said that if the certificate was not used, it would be possible to refund its value. It was not possible to use the certificate, because there is no pre-registration in the go-karting itself (as indicated in the certificate itself) and you can ride only on a first-come, first-served basis (our certificate was for 4 races of 10 minutes each and they always had no free time). They helped us resolve the situation and offered to change the certificate and extend its validity period. We changed the certificate to the Gran and Proluk shooting galleries, visited the shooting range and were very satisfied) There is a pre-registration in the shooting range, they also have a convenient location and pleasant staff, which cannot be said about karting)
