Pregnancy is the first, very exciting, during the first visit a lot of new and interesting things were told, it was shown how the baby develops every week visually, on models. Later, I was invited to a group relaxation class for pregnant women. I was delighted with the first lesson, a lot of tests, conversations with girls who are now in the same position as me. I vowed to walk as often as possible before giving birth, it turns out to throw bad thoughts out of my head and relax during relaxation. She became noticeably calmer and less irritable.
