I will buy it for cash at the same price as on the website. After a minute of waiting on the phone, the girl said that the site was malfunctioning, and the price was 800 rubles, although I looked at this site for a long time and the price hung for a long time 740 rubles. I bought Airpods pro headphones, found a store on shop.by . It was delivered the next day. They asked me to write a review. I'm happy with everything. I wasn't looking for airpods for the price they can't cost. The ears are original. At the lowest price shop.by . I didn't encounter any negativity.

On July 22, the order was placed before 15.00. According to the rules of the store, an order placed at such a time is delivered day after day. The agreed delivery time is after 19.00! At 17.45 the courier calls once and, attention, gets on the busy line from the client. Instead of calling back, cancels the delivery! Of course, they didn't warn you in advance that they would be calling. After my call and the claim received, they are rude from the series: they made concessions to you (I wonder what kind?.. after all, everything is within the terms of the company specified on the website), do not want to buy (seriously? Don't worry, there are plenty of competitors on the market). We spent half a day waiting. Finally, the client was accused, and I quote: "instead of chatting on the phone, I should have called back." We have not heard about the adequacy of customer orientation here. The response to the review about the terrible service was that the service is excellent. (look at your rating). The phone was hung up, probably the arguments are over
