Terminal D is confusingly laid out — even the check-in for Terminal D is located inside Terminal D, but the signage doesn’t make that clear. Arriving by train makes it even less convenient. Our flight was delayed by nearly two hours, which, judging by other reviews, isn’t unusual. Power sockets are scarce, and staff have difficulty processing foreign passports or assisting non-Russian speakers. Overall, quite a disappointment for such an important international hub — only the cold Spaten beer at the bar kept it from being a truly terrible experience.

İt was very bad airport service.We went baggace claim-ticket line and it's crowdy.I looked bill-board and saw that they opened all the counter up to12:50 at the morning time 05:45.We waited there one hour.After this also the passport controlling was 40 minutes.Then we have ten minutes to plane,nearly we are runing a maraton from duty shops inside to gate 5 minutes🏃‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️ and we take on the last bus 5 minutes before😉😂I haven't seen like this in any airport in Europe or in Turkey.I look the passport officer looking one person more than 3 minutes.So now I looked Adana passport officer it's 1 minute.So Please go to airpor to Russia more than 3 and a half hour.
