I am a very critical person, I have something to compare it with, I have been to many countries. Secondly, the location of the hotel. Opposite is the entrance to Gulhane Park. Topkapi Palace is a 10-minute walk away, as well as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There is a T1 tram stop next to the hotel, which will take you to Eminenyu piers and the funicular to Taksim Square. Thirdly, the hotel itself has large vacant rooms with French balconies and beautiful Ottoman-style furnishings. And on the 1st floor there is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. A visit to the spa area is included in the package of services for the guests. Towels and slippers are provided free of charge, hats on the head are mandatory, but they are paid. We took the ones for the shower from the room. The room has cups for tea, coffee and wine glasses, a set of tea bags, coffee and coffee machine capsules. Two large closets with a safe, bathrobes, slippers. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, shower gel and body lotion. Daily replenishment of all used items. Good cleaning and steaming of bed linen. By the way, an employee came to the pool every evening and took water samples for analysis and checked the temperature of the water and air. But the most important thing is still the staff. They are very hospitable,polite, sympathetic, and respond immediately to requests. It's our baby's birthday today and at breakfast the hotel staff congratulated her with a cake with candles and sang a congratulatory song. Very nice! Just as a theater begins with a hanger, so exploring the city begins with a hotel. This hotel made this trip great! I understand that it's written on emotions and a little pretentious, but that's because I liked everything. Thanks!!!!! I forgot to write about breakfast. They're just really good for a city hotel. You can also order some dishes. For example, minimen or pancakes. Olives, olives, sliced cheeses, sausages,yoghurts, kaymak,fish, fruits, vegetables, herbs, juices, sweets and hot dishes - chicken,hash browns, sausages, stewed vegetables, potatoes, pasta, rice. The hotel really matches the reviews - a well-deserved 5 points. Lovers of luxury life don't worry, it won't come in. The location is excellent, a minute from the tram stop, 3 minutes from Gulhane Park and the Archaeological Museum. Accordingly, there are Topkaps nearby. The hotel is not new, but it is good. Nice rooms, clean and spacious enough. Everything is working, including plumbing, capsule coffee machine and air conditioning. There is a kettle. Good pillows and bed linen. Level service. There are adequate guys at the reception. High-quality cleaning. The breakfasts are varied - a buffet, including red fish, large olives, various cheeses, beaten eggs, lasagna and other familiar products. You can order shakshuka, omelet, waffles, pancakes, Turkish coffee, etc. separately. There is a free hammam, steam bath and sauna on the ground floor. They operate on the principle of self-service (come in, grab a towel, warm up, do everything yourself). I recommend the hotel. One of the possible disadvantages for our people is that the hotel staff does not speak Russian (I have not met any Russian-speaking staff).
