The company's manager, Elena, provided all the information and helped with the selection of the tour, and there are quite a few of them in the Company. I was very pleased with the view from the window of the Kosmos Pribaltiyskaya hotel on Vasilyevsky Island - a view from the 12th floor to the Gulf of Finland. The excursions were chosen in such a way that they did not accumulate much fatigue: everything was competent, beautiful, and professional. My daughters and I liked everything very much. Thanks to the "First Travel Company" for the impeccable organization of an amazing vacation-2024 in the person of manager Maria Chernik! From the very beginning, from the moment the tour was selected and almost to the actual departure, Maria accompanied me at every stage of preparation. We mostly communicated remotely, which was very convenient for me, because it saved me a lot of time. The documents were collected on time, the visa was received, the vacation took place! Now actually about the rest. I chose a sightseeing bus tour of Europe with a vacation in the south of Italy, in Puglia. My expectations were fully met! I visited the eternal and great Rome (this year, however, all in scaffolding), fell in love with the fabulous Matera, Alberobello and Ostuni, lounged on the beach, luxuriated in the warm sea, got to know the local cuisine closely. Italy, amore mio... thanks to everyone involved in the organization of this holiday! I would like to thank PTK and Maria Chernik personally for organizing our bus trip to Europe (Hungary, Austria). As beginners of bus tours, we were satisfied with everything, visited almost all the excursions, swam in the thermal lakes, tasted frog legs in the Grill Trophy and much more...
