Nice, cozy, atmospheric, clean hotel. Friendly staff who will help and prompt you in everything.
And most importantly, all the sights are nearby, within walking distance, and there is a tram stop nearby.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. There is even a homely atmosphere in the hotel. I really liked drinking delicious tea in the evenings after long walks around the city. The room is small, clean with everything you need. Towels are changed and cleaning is done daily by default.

An absolute plus is the location. The rooms are small, the view is not very picturesque. But no one is going to sit in the rooms either? For information, if there are difficulties with movement, then the steps are quite steep, it is not easy for everyone to climb.

I was with my family at this hotel in early March 2024.
I liked everything, the staff is the best, the rooms are clean, the breakfasts are hearty, the location is what you need, the very center, everything is close.
We really liked everything!
Thanks a lot to Leila, Atakan, Sabri and another young man (I'm sorry, I didn't remember the name), everyone is friendly, hospitable and treats everyone with a soul!

The location is perfect, the room is small but cozy, the breakfasts are small, there was not enough meat or sausages, the staff is polite, pleasant, some speak Russian. The room smelled of dust, but we only spent the night there, so it's tolerable.

The hotel is not expensive, relatively. But the room is dirty, the bathroom door creaks terribly like a thousand crickets, there is mold in the shower stall. Breakfast is not worth taking, it is the same every day. It's better to go to a cafe and enjoy breakfast, much better.
