An inside look, so to speak. I worked in this institution from 06/8.22 to 01/4.23. The attitude towards employees as slaves, the salary of a hot shop cook with more than 10 years of experience (photo of the pay sheet attached) is simply ridiculous, even without deductions. The management is greedy and illiterate, there is dirt everywhere in the office premises (a photo with my attempts to peel off this long-term compressed mass with a spatula is attached, the wiring is in terrible condition (photos of adapters between tables, sockets taped to the legs of trunks, where all sorts of liquids and oil fall on them, are attached. I was electrocuted from a 380V outlet during cleaning), cockroaches in the kitchen, and even mice were seen in the pastry shop. There are no specialized containers in the kitchen for storing food and blanks, cooks use everything that comes to hand (for example, buckets of mayonnaise, disposable containers of greens and honey), which are plastic and quickly absorb odors. Requests to buy normal utensils were repeatedly ignored, and then an offer was received to buy everything you need at your own expense. The whole kitchen was thrown off for drying greens. No labels are placed, the products and blanks do not have a specified time frame, that is, if some product does not have external signs of spoilage, then it is used for cooking and giving to the hall.The boss makes the dishwashers save household chemicals, from which the guest, that the kitchen utensils are washed with just hot water. There is a lot of upholstered furniture in the guest room, which has never been subjected to sanitary or antiparasitic treatment during my work. Nepotism at all levels - salaries, menu prices and deductions are drawn at the behest of the left heel. Prices have been raised, insurance has been reduced, they are not working to reduce the cost, they are being exported only because they do not pay their employees a damn thing. In general, I do not advise dealing with this scourge - it is dangerous to eat there, and it is even more dangerous to work.
