I was here in August 2025. The hotel is far from five stars. Plus: it's food. And now the cons: 1. They don't want to book via WhatsApp. Although they got in touch, they asked how many people the number was and fell silent. 2. There is no concierge who speaks Russian. In 2023, there was an assistant. But not in 2025. 3. The rooms are shabby. Common bedside tables, doors, tables. 4. At night, noisy neighbors can be heard in the hallway. 5. The hotel does not have its own parking. There is a place on the sidewalk in front of the hotel entrance for a maximum of 6 cars. And it's on the sidewalk... Then these places are clogged with visitors' cars and... Next, the parking attendant (the hotel has a parking attendant) will drive your car to an empty space behind the house located behind the hotel. He will close the doors or set the alarm if the car has an alarm system and will come calmly and hang the car keys in the drawer in front of the entrance and give you a ticket with a number. And the car will be unattended in the yard of another house... And there are no cameras there... For that, there is a business parking attendant. 6. The hotel has, if I may say so, a spa.... On the ground floor by elevator. But there are many buts.... So to speak, the spa is open from 10-00 to 22-00. A hammam without steam. Sauna is normal. Turkish hammam. The swing doors are constantly being ventilated. My aunt comes to close it and opens it... And the most interesting moment for a relaxing spa. A relaxation room with sun beds and quiet, calm music makes it very clear that the hotel has a room service that is located behind the fire door, also on the minus first floor. And when you're lying down trying to relax, you can hear very clearly through the fire door (even interrupting the music) the sounds of clinking dishes washing with your hands in the sink. And then loading into boxes and climbing the stairs to the dining room with clinking dishes. Oh, the relaxation class... I thought they wouldn't stop. I went out to look.... There's one fire door, and that's the fire exit door from the Spa. Then there's a small vestibule with stairs leading up to the dining room. Then the fire door was opened and fixed in the open between the vestibule with stairs and the entrance to the washroom. A do not talk, do not make noise sign is on the door. And then there's the fire door, also locked in the open position... And accordingly, you can hear very clearly how the dishes are being washed, how the employees are whistling and how they are talking about what a good hotel this is, and most importantly, how they observe fire safety by keeping the fire doors open, which are installed to contain the fire in one place and which should always be in the closed position but not locked... I made a remark to the kids who were carrying the dishes upstairs that there was even a sign that said not to talk and not to make noise. And the doors must be closed. But they stopped talking for a while, and then the doors were opened again... Understanding people... They understand that there is a Spa nearby and people relax there..... But the dishes are the dishes...
