Nice and cheap hotel, not far from metro .

We had a vacation with my husband from January 4 to January 10, 2025. The purpose of the visit is to take a walk around Dubai during the New Year holidays. The hotel is small, cozy, very clean. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. Cleaning for 5+. The location is excellent. Opposite there is a pharmacy and a large supermarket, many cafes.Emirates Mall is 7 minutes away. Take your time. We left the hotel immediately to the left and again to the left around the corner and then only straight ahead.
The breakfasts are good, no frills, but you won't be hungry. A la carte dinners. They are delicious, they are cooked in front of you, the portions are large, but the same thing for all 6 days.
So why did I take off the star.....
The persistent smell of tobacco in the room. As if he had been deliberately smoked in front of us. And if you consider that no one in our family has ever smoked in 4 generations, then living in a smoky room is more than stressful and difficult for me. Then the guide told us that this was the problem with all the rooms.
For two days we aired it by opening the window wide and turning off the air conditioner. But as soon as the air conditioner was turned on, the smell entered the room again. We were lucky that we were in January, there is no heat and we no longer turned on the air conditioner.
Well, the view from the window is very flawed and slum-like. I'm not shooting a star for him, we didn't come to Dubai to look out the window.

A pleasant hotel near the Mall of Emirates. Delicious buffet breakfasts, but dinners are a choice of dishes, but they are also delicious and satisfying. The rooms were always clean and tidy. We took a taxi from the hotel to the beach, about 10-15 minutes on the way, and there is also a metro nearby, which is very convenient.

Overall, the hotel is good, the staff is trying their best. But we booked a room for three with one double bed and a single (exactly the bed!!). As a result, instead there was an armchair, from which a folding bed rolled out, on which it was impossible to sleep. They offered to replace it with the same cot, only without the option with an armchair. Well, with each cleaning, towels and accessories were left only for two. There was a construction site next to the hotel, and the windows overlooked it. The light in the room was very dim, and there was also insufficient light from the window due to the building under construction.

Pros: The hotel is clean, the staff is good-natured, the food is delicious, a large TV, free Wi-Fi, water and coffee in the room. The bonus is not far from the Mall of the Emirates and the metro. There are supermarkets and a pharmacy right across the street.
Cons: Some outlets do not work, the iron does not work, problems with hot water (it gradually heats up, but after a while it becomes cold and you have to wait a long time for heating).
I recommend the hotel, just make sure everything works for you. Otherwise, just contact the staff.

Excellent location, good service. In the room there is a hairdryer, iron, kettle, tea, coffee, cream, sugar. Bed linen and towels were changed every day. The breakfast is a buffet, there is not much variety, but everything is delicious, quite enough for breakfast. Bus, metro in 5-10 minutes walk.

Geographically well located. Near the metro station. We ourselves went to the beach, to Ikea, to the fountains. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, not to say that it is varied, but we were not hungry. On average, a check for one came out in 1000 rubles. The most disgusting hotel and the most terrible vacation. The hotel has confirmed the availability of seats. I paid for the tour 4000 euros through Fun&Sun. After 4 days (working days!) the hotel refused, and Fun& Sun said that they do not return the money, they can only pick up another guest. Not only could they not pick up normal options for me for 2 weeks (I was looking for them myself, poking their nose, look at this, look at this, how much it costs), so now this! And I already understand that on those dates when I can relax, you can't buy a normal tour anymore, it's too late!!! And they don't want to return the money! So even a month to run after them, so that the money is returned! Thanks to the stupid managers of the hotel and the lame Fun& Sun company for a spoiled vacation! No rest, no money!!!

On the 6th floor it stank terribly with something specific. As if the spices were spilled, removed but not aired, throughout the entire time of our stay, the smell remained. There is no Russian-speaking staff, we had problems with the conder. If it does not get cold in Russia, then on the contrary it did not decrease there and kept at 18 degrees. It is impossible to sleep at this temperature. After 3 calls with complaints, we were moved to a higher apartment on the 9th floor and with a view of the city. I stayed in this hotel for several days . Location - not far from the shopping center and metro , there is a construction site around ( it was a day and at 23.00 - work ) , the staff is friendly - at the entrance , and when they left, no one raised their heads ( and even more so their suitcases) , the room is ordinary ( nothing exclusive ) , breakfast - you can choose , lunch - worse than breakfast ( to my taste ) , dinner - you choose from several megus ( a good solution in my opinion) , cleaning - we didn 't litter ! But ... the sediment from the hotel remained very negative - on the shelf in the closet (and it is very high above the safe - I was packing things in heels) I left my silk handkerchief - I forgot, because it is not visible - high!! I wrote several letters to the hotel asking them to send me an email - did they find it !!! No - hotel ( its management ) they didn 't even consider it necessary to answer me !! I think this situation overshadows my opinion about this hotel !! I was given this handkerchief and it is dear to me !
