The photo on the documents is disgusting. At first, I waited about 10 minutes for attention to be paid to me (one employee was busy with other clients, the other was doing his own business). They took a photo, it's fine on the camera, they said to wait 20-25 minutes. I came in half an hour later, I was told to wait about 5 more minutes. They gave away the photos, but they are blurred, the quality is disgusting, the center of the photos is shifted (one shoulder is completely visible, the other is cut off), the hair seems to be darkened, the face is unnaturally stretched. They offered to redo it, but I was not ready to wait so long again, and there was no desire at all. The employees were not at all confused by my claims. I didn't pay or take the photo.
