We went on a tour of Moscow . I want to tell you about the advantages of the guide, she was a very sociable, polite woman, the program was intense, and the impressions were very good. Everything was ruined by the bus we were on . The bus is not comfortable, the seats are hard, there is no air conditioning, so there is a blowout. This is when the people sitting in front were roasting like in a sauna , and they were freezing in the back and riding in jackets all the way . This is called blowing. There was a TV, but it wasn 't turned on because it distracts from the road . Arriving in Moscow, the bus was dirty, they asked to wash it, but we didn't wash it. We went on excursions with dirty windows.

Hello! I want to share our impressions after a trip to Moscow on 19.12-23.12.2024. In general, we liked the tour program, because we were with the children, we also visited the water park, the cable car on Vorobyovy Gory, Disneyland and rode an evening boat. We stayed at the Turris Tagansky 4* hotel. Wonderful hotel, pleasant staff, everything is clean and tidy, the breakfasts are delicious. One of the escorts with us was Julia from the Bi-Tour company. We still didn't understand why she was with us. We travel a lot and there is something to compare it with. Throughout the tour, not a word from her, she answered all questions without any desire, did not tell anything in advance about san.She didn't announce any stops. There are also nuances with organization: we had to walk to the hotel from the Red Square tour in the evening, because our bus left somewhere and we received our things only 1.5 hours later (Bus AN 5922-5 with a dissatisfied driver). We asked about the boat and got the answer that they don't sail, although we bought tickets ourselves without any problems. I am sure that half of the bus did not visit the wonderful museum of the Great Patriotic War, because they did not know and the escort did not get off the bus with us, although she was obliged to be with the group and at least tell us something. (this is clearly stated in the program). There are a lot of questions and the Bi-tour company has a lot to work on. I hope our review will be useful to you.

By the way, I recommend everyone to buy compression socks for a trip, I bought them on the World Bank for 18 rubles. My legs felt better. As for the tour, if you have the opportunity to go by air or train compartment for a week, then you should definitely choose one of the options. It's a little hard to travel so long on the bus. And, of course, in such a short period of time, we just raced like a rocket through the most significant places and at the same time we were very tired. Right off the road for a guided tour... I definitely advise you to go to St. Petersburg. Stunning sights: temples, Tsarskoe Selo, Peterhof. Beyond all praise! The beauty is incredible! Olga, the tour guide, is also a very pleasant woman, she told a lot of interesting things about the city. You can eat in the canteens. They are available in St. Petersburg and the prices are affordable, for 600 rubles both the first and the second, and a salad, and a drink with a croissant. Delicious! I liked the breakfast at the hotel, but I'm not whimsical. Omelette, cheese, salad and coffee with a bun. And yes, there was a watermelon. The Kronshtadt marshmallow, which is being brought as a souvenir, is on sale on the World Bank. And I was dragging him...🙈😂 A blanket and a pillow under your head come in handy on a trip. Which surprised me.: In St. Petersburg, when exchanging a $ 100 bill from 2006 in the shopping center at the entrance to the city (I did not remember the bank), it takes a commission of 1000 Russian rubles. It is better to take "new" bills. In terms of expenses: 4,000 thousand rubles was enough for me (food, marshmallows). I recommend the Bi-tour company! Any company is made by people With Stanislav, you can safely go on any trip!
