I arrived for the first time, asked about the availability of the seller in the hall, and received an answer: "50 pairs were received and immediately all of them were sold out." Well, accordingly, I did not go to look at their availability, whether they were there or not, I took the seller's word for it, so to speak. A few days later, I came for the second time, after advertising on the brand's Instagram that stockings are available in this store. I approach the seller in the hall (another girl), ask about the availability, the answer is the same: "Out of stock, this is a limited collection that you wanted." Are you serious??? I'm thinking to myself, now I'm going to file a complaint against the company for artificially creating a stir among these stockings and chasing people back and forth. I walk through the hall, go up to the sock and stocking display case and see a picture in front of me: the same stockings are hanging, 10 pieces on the stand, useless to anyone. I pick up one pair, go to the cashier for payment, and tell the cashier about the current situation. About the fact that I come twice, and the sellers in the hall, as it were, send me back. To which I receive an answer from the cashier standing next to me: "The stockings were just hung up, the seller, who did not know about the availability in the hall." OK, well, then inform your sellers why they are on the floor, or at least let them take the buyer into their own hands and carry him "in their arms" to the cashier to check availability. Bottom line: we got a 10% discount, even though I didn't ask for it. But thanks for that. I advise all customers: check everything yourself, because you should rely only on yourself, and not on the negligence of the staff.
