I don't understand. Serbia is almost in the EU, and there is more bureaucracy than in Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation combined. Why? I've arrived at Kaspi, and the card is ready in 20 minutes. I sent the application to Tinkoff, and the card was delivered the next day. And here, why is it taking so long? a cry from the soul. They also record one person per day. lol. upd 05.02 The cards were received, but they should have been received earlier. We arrived on 30.01 at two o'clock, they turned us around, saying "no" to the employee and we need to come tomorrow. they arrived on 03.02 (they couldn't on 31, they didn't have time to go to the security Council, it's clear in the sun) - they turned it around again with the same excuse, lol, although the employee was on site and it was working time. we came back on 04.02, we were deployed again (although on the third day this employee told us to come from 8 to 3, we came at 2). we decided to come in the morning (we are owls, so we did not sleep all night for this). They issued the card, but they didn't warn us that online banking requires a pin and login, which are issued at the branch, and they didn't offer us this, just as they didn't warn us about jmbg for enabling notifications (where do we get it?). It's a hard floor here. I highly do not recommend the department for visits and services. They don't give out databases.
