Bathroom in the room; 4. The possibility to rent a room for 12 hours, which is sometimes convenient. Minuses: It's a bit expensive for such apartments: there is no repair in the room, the wallpaper is old, the floor and bed creak, the tulle is torn, and there are no curtains at all. Bottom line: The place is suitable for non-picky people.
