Friendly staff, the rooms are clean and spacious. We took a family junior suite: the room had a washing machine and its own kitchen, which is very convenient! A rooftop pool, two bowls: children's and adult, heated water, but compliance with the temperature regime is lame: the water was cold for a couple of days. There is always a staff watching, towels are provided. There is a small gym and saunas (women's and men's, but we turned it on ourselves). High-quality bedding, excellent mattresses and pillows. One thing: very good audibility from the street through closed windows. There is a mosque nearby. The first two nights I woke up to the characteristic songs. But I personally like it and I didn't notice any inconvenience. There was an iron and ironing board in the room. There is also a dry cleaning service. Drinking water is left in the room every day when cleaning. I would like to mention a great area: a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies cover all needs. 15 min walk to Mall of the Emirates. There's also a metro station. There is a gorgeous park, which is a 20-minute walk away, where there are playgrounds. I recommend it!

The only advantage is that it is located near the Dubai Marina and that's it. We took an apartment-type room with a kitchen, etc., so the renovation is terrible, the smells are not pleasant. In general, if you are looking for an inexpensive one, then it's fine, but I won't give you above 2 stars for sure. The staff is polite!
