It was in September 2021. I remembered something, decided to read the reviews, and then write it myself. I will never forget this hotel in my life)
Fortunately, we rested for 57k, and sued 170k from the tour operator.
And so the rest is ruined, I remember with horror. Unsanitary CONDITIONS ARE SPECIFIC IN EVERYTHING. Food is tin. There is no toilet paper, I forced the administrator to run to a nearby store, I ran and bought it.

The hotel? This is not a hotel, this is a brothel for locals who take women there who came to Turkey for adventures! Every night there are screams, scandals, running, swearing, offended women and angry Turks shouting after them! We arrived at this wonderful place in August 2021, we were late for breakfast, we still had to wait until lunch, check-in to the room after 14.00, well, OK, we waited...checked in! And secondly, the room is 2 × 2, the toilet is even one meter long, a piece of plaster fell from the ceiling at the entrance, dirty curtains, the balcony did not break, the air conditioner did not work, the plumbing is in terrible condition, there is no toilet paper, soap, or towels in the room. They asked for towels, the administrator, who is also the owner of this sharagi, their 3 brothers and this is a family business, with a dissatisfied face gave one facial towel to us for two with my daughter, said no more, the washing machine is broken... we ourselves, thanks to the supermarket nearby, bought water, glasses, napkins, paper, soap, towels, etc. in the room. Another moment, the TV is hanging, but it does not work, it does not work in any room, that is, they hang there purely for the interior, there is no refrigerator, but it would be needed, because the food in this hotel is terrible... everything is written correctly, the menu is boring, one herb and eggs, side dish, no meat, in 10 days there was chicken stewed 2 times with potatoes, sausage is scary to look at... well, we look positively for 10 days minus 3 gc 😅 it was difficult to feed the child, we went to the store and ate in a cafe.
The staff is unhappy, as if vacationers are asking for something impossible. There is no declared pool, or rather it is, all polluted with construction debris.
We were not alone in the room, as it turned out, a huge cockroach lived with us, which we discovered on the third day of arrival.
And yet, the staff is so poor, we decided to make a setup, on the day of our departure, we went to the counter several times to find out when the transfer would be, they told us that there was no information about us yet, I suspected something was wrong and directly called the guide, who said with horror that they had more information in the evening, they will come for us in 20 minutes. When I approached the administrator and asked him to explain what was happening, he just laughed in my face and pretended that he did not understand anything.
P.S. there is no Internet, only $ 20 at the counter and the scales for luggage do not work ... $ 10
Draw your own conclusions, but I do not advise spoiling your vacation.

The hotel is in a good location, Cleopatra beach in Alanya is the most beautiful, near the castle, you can walk to it or take a cable car.
The food is average , but you won 't stay hungry , the rooms are small , the sound insulation is good.

People avoid this type of hotel, there is no water in the rooms, they give it after a scandal, the room is completely dead, the plumbing is broken, there is no toilet paper, the TV does not work, the food is very bad, there is no meat at all, the Internet is only on the 1st floor and it barely works, there is no pool, there are no drinks, the rooms are not one sheet and pillows are removed from the laundry, the staff does not respond at all to a request to turn on the water, the manager does not solve problems at all, only one rudeness to requests.

This is not a hotel. there is no pool..The bartender is counting the sips . It was very bad for five days, and after cleaning the room, they washed the toilet with a shower of some kind.it was June 2018, I went to see nothing has changed in 3+ years, don't get fooled. moreover, their price tag is not cheap.

People do not choose this hotel in any case!!! Unsanitary conditions, there is no water all day, wash wherever you want (The attitude of the staff towards the guests is like an empty place. Everything in the room is furniture, bathroom, shower, it's all broken!!! There are no towels!! Do not be fooled by positive reviews, otherwise your vacation will be ruined (sorry for the money and time spent! Fortunately, we escaped from them on the very first day! By demanding money back from the tour operator!!!

It is very conveniently located. In general, I liked it, but I treat the accommodation on the trip only as a place to spend the night.
If you have something else, then: the rooms are simple, repairs have not been done for a long time, the furniture is old and its minimum, plumbing and air conditioners are working properly, but they are not a few years old. Entrance doors and locks in them are rather symbolic.
In Asia, I would not call it a 3-star hotel, but an ordinary budget guest house. By the way, in Southeast Asia, housing of this class is at least two times cheaper.

1. The appearance of the hotel - it is a completely different color in reality-not the same as
shown in the photo on various websites.
2. There is no recreation area of the hotel / as stated at the time of purchase/ - instead,
there is a landfill, garbage, mess on the territory.
3. No pool / as stated at the time of purchase/ - the pool is not working, drained, there is
garbage and feces in it.
4. The hotel itself is dilapidated, old, and completely unsanitary. Terrible room stock. We were given
a room on the ground floor - the room itself is very small in size, no more than 2*2. And judging
by the layout of the room, there was a feeling that earlier there was some kind of office
space, because the bathroom was not on the side at the entrance-as usual everywhere, but directly
opposite the bed-from the room there was a door to the toilet, from where it stank unbearably. The room
had terrible walls, foam tiles were peeled off, the chandelier on the ceiling was barely holding on, not
screwed on. The bed in the room is in an unsuitable condition for sleeping, old, there is a pit in the middle
of the bed-where you involuntarily roll down. There is nothing in the room itself that
3* hotels should have - no hair dryer, no soap, shampoo, toilet paper!!! The TV in the room was
probably for the entourage, because it was not connected - there was no TV cable in the room
.The refrigerator was also missing.
5. The bathroom is in an ugly state-there is dirt and stench all around. There was no basic soap!
6,There is no sound insulation in the room at all! Being on the 1st floor
, everything that happened behind the walls and the door is absolutely audible in the room. And on the first night
it was impossible to sleep because of the locals yelling at the hotel at 3 a.m.! I had
to go out, waste my nerves, once again and figure it out!
7. The view from the balcony was terrible- to the yard-to the dump!
8 The dining room is full of dirt and unsanitary conditions! Dirty dishes, broken plates. glasses with
chips. There's nothing to eat! There is no choice of food at all, so the vegetables are rotten.
Meat, chicken, and fish were missing. And what the people did not eat in the evening was put out for breakfast!
There is no all-inclusive system, as stated in the contract-there is not!!! The coffee machine
was practically not working. tea is not always available, there are no desserts at all!
When contacting the hotel administration to replace the room, we were refused every time.
When we repeatedly contacted the Intourist hotline about the desire to replace the hotel,
with our additional payment, we were refused. Or the Intourist offered to book a
new hotel with them for the full price, without reimbursement of the amount paid for the hotel
stay, i.e. Alis hotel/. I had to escape from this hotel by myself. by booking another one at the Booking

We were at the hotel in September 2019. The biggest and at the same time the only advantage of this hotel is its location: within walking distance from the sea, from key attractions, from shopping facilities such as Migros. That's where the advantages end. Accommodation, food, service - everything is disgusting. Saving, and tough, on everything absolutely, it's sad! The hotel does not correspond to the declared three stars on the all-inclusive system, from the word at all. If I recommend it, then only to those who want to get to the absolutely stunning sea, see the local beauty on their own, enjoy the surrounding nature and colors, not paying attention to the hotel, actually being there only to sleep. Will I return to this hotel again, perhaps, considering the price, but still I will try to choose a better option.

We were with our daughter for the new year 2020.The hotel is located in the city center.Which is great.Across the street, I would note the sea of Food as healthy.Stewed vegetables with a fresh slit.there is no baking and super!Don't get burned out.And you can pamper yourself in a pastry shop.The room is standard.not 5+ but also not 2-.We were just sleeping.The beds are comfortable.And the administrator Anya is generally a golden man, I have not met such people abroad yet.I recommend it.

A very stingy and greedy hotel. The food is meager and economical. Don't enjoy Turkish cuisine and Turkish sweets. It's a stretch to call it "all inclusive".
