Nice hotel, convenient location near the metro.The cleaning is excellent, they try, towels are changed every day, bed linen in 3 days.Tea,coffee,sugar,cream are replenished daily and 2 bottles of water of 0.5 each. A boy from India, Pattabi, was a cleaner, very diligent and knows English well.

An excellent hotel in a very convenient location, if you travel by metro - it is literally a 5-minute walk away.
The breakfast buffet is just a fairy tale, there is everything, you will definitely not leave hungry! But there are a lot of people, so choose your time early.
Cleaning is constant, everything is clean.
My husband had a DOCTOR during the visit - they brought us a gift from the hotel to the room - a fairly large set of fruits.

Recently returned from vacation March 2020. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the metro, the hotel itself is solid 4. The breakfast is varied, delicious. There is a transfer to 4 beaches. Cozy rooms, responsive staff. Many thanks to the hotel staff for a great stay!

Nice hotel. Clean, cozy, the staff is polite. The lobby always has a hotel taxi, the price is almost the same as Hubert's. The rooms have a microwave, stove, kettle, refrigerator. If desired, you can have a snack in the room, since there are several food minimarkets nearby.

The hotel is located in the Tecom district, 10 minutes from Dubai Marina. There are many shops nearby where you can buy anything except alcohol, of course, there is a small kitchen in the rooms, which is very convenient, since the hotel has a monotonous menu every day. On the 30th floor there is a swimming pool, we were there once, it was very small. Free shuttles run from the hotel to all beaches.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2020. Everything corresponds to the description on the website. There were no problems. I liked everything. Including thanks to a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. Very helpful and friendly employee on the 30th floor, in the pool area and hamam. Thank him very much. For cleaning the room and serving in the dining room, too, five out of five.
There is only one wish for the hotel: debug transfers to the beach. Often the bus comes to the hotel already filled. It is not convenient to travel with metro-bus transfers, it is expensive to take a taxi. It would be good if the bus went more often from the hotel directly to the beach, even for a fee. This is the only thing that created problems. Thank you for everything else, we will be glad to return to your hotel again!

Lived from 03.02.20. to 09.02.20. . I really liked the hotel. The staff is very responsive, the food is varied, there is little meat, but there was no special need for it. Mini apartment. We lived on the 26th floor, the view from the window is excellent. The call to prayer did not interfere at all.I didn't want to leave. I will try to come here again!

Great hotel! I wouldn't have thought it was 4* if I didn't know. The service is wonderful, the cleaning is high-quality and daily, water, shampoos and so on are reported every day, linen is changed every day. Of the minuses, breakfasts, tables are always in dirty dishes, you stand waiting for them to be cleaned, dishes are also not washed qualitatively (dirty plates came across), breakfasts are monotonous but you will not leave hungry. Overall a great hotel, close to supermarkets and metro in 7 minutes walk.

I stayed at this hotel in December 2019 - I really liked it! Firstly, the cleanliness of the room, towels are cleaned and changed daily. Polite staff-any question or problem is solved immediately. The room was equipped with a kitchenette.. very convenient! There are necessary utensils. Free shuttle service to the beach every day. I want to mention breakfast separately.. Delicious, varied + fruits. 10 minutes to the metro is convenient. I will advise my friends. Many thanks to the staff.!!!

Very nice metro area, very close. The service is five, the food is so-so. The room is great, even without a balcony. The shuttle to the beach is taken last. Getting in can be problematic. But there is always an option - to go by bus or metro. In general, I liked it.

I liked everything, except for 2 moments. One day, when we returned to the hotel in the evening, we found no towels. They asked at the reception, after 10 minutes they brought us two large ones, i.e. without towels for hands and feet. They asked to bring the remaining ones, but they didn't bring that day, only a day later. The second point is that until the very last moment they could not find out the time of the transfer, although it may be the fault of TUI tour operators.
