Disgusting!!!! We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Breakfast and dinner are included. On the first day, we arrived late and were late for dinner, we wrote in advance about a late check-in and a late breakfast, of course, we were hungry and bought noodles at the reception. On the second day, we were sent to another hotel for dinner, where it took a long time to figure out who we were. Then I was "notified" that repairs would be carried out on the balcony the next day. In the morning we went to the amusement park. Going into the room in the evening, it was impossible to breathe there!! There was a strong suffocating smell of paint everywhere! It turns out that our balcony was painted!!!!!! At the same time as we lived there!!!! I called the reception and asked how this was possible and how we could sleep if there was a risk of suffocating from the paint fumes in our sleep, to which they were so genuinely surprised and offered to move to another room. I have to pack up all my things and move to another room again! By the way, dinner on weekdays takes place at this hotel, but there is only one type of meat, and that is beef stew. No chicken, no fish. More pasta, rice and vegetables. Apples. It's all. Thank God we're leaving here tomorrow!!! 1000 dollars for 3 nights in this place, it is unclear for what. It's terrible(((((

This hotel turned out to be the worst of all where I stayed in Abu Dhabi. The room was dirty, the cleaning was done haphazardly, and the service was terrible. I arrived in my car and left it in the hotel parking lot for a few days. After leaving, I found a scratch that had not been there before my arrival. When I reported this to the management, they said they had not found any violations on their part. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, dirt, and complete indifference to guests.

I reserved the hotel for a few days with the condition of participation in the promotion - tickets for children to the parks of Yas Island (well, there, an aquarium, a water park, a Ferrari park) are a gift. There was money on the card for three days of accommodation, and it was necessary to live for five days. Therefore, I made and paid for a reservation for three days, and separately for two days. They immediately tried to withdraw money from the card (but they were not there). I wrote to the hotel that I was coming the day after tomorrow and would pay in cash. The next day, the message came again, they say, the problem of payment by card. I wrote again, they say, guys, calm down, I have already booked and paid for three days, I will come tomorrow and pay for two additional days in cash (well, the bank is like this - three working days dollars from the cash form go to the account, faster in cash). In general, it's time to check in, we arrive at the hotel - and there is not instead of a large usual reception some kind of a fragile rack for one person and that's it. They were very surprised. And they were also very upset. Because literally an hour before arrival at the hotel, my second reservation was stupidly canceled due to the impossibility of instant payment by card. We checked into the hotel for three days, I say, well, let's add two more days, there was just a reservation, I asked not to cancel, so I'm ready to pay. However, I was told that the issues of booking rooms are handled by an outside person who is not sitting in the hotel at all, communication with him via computer and by phone. And this bad person canceled my reservation. There were no more rooms available, so we had to leave for another hotel after three days of accommodation, there was an unpleasant aftertaste, we will never go to this hotel again. The hotel looks like a large hostel. They gave us a room, a suite of two rooms - a bedroom and an office with a kitchenette, the room is not bad, clean, only the air conditioner was noisy, and it was very cold in the bathroom, like in a damp cave. In the morning there was a delicious breakfast, in the evening - dinner, which, by the way, is like a gift from the hotel. But we were still upset that we were evicted.
