Not long ago, having brought the lever, restored from them a little more than a year ago, and with a mileage of 30 thousand, in which the ball died, and the silent block turns at the landing site, they just told me that it could not be restored, and closed the door literally in front of my nose. Without asking, it can be guaranteed, without offering some kind of replacement or option. Conclusion: customer orientation is ZERO.
