Excellent location in the city center, near the tram stop running between the bus station and the airport. Within walking distance of historical attractions, the Grand Bazaar, a shopping street with large chain stores. The hotel itself is located on a small street, but there are signs, so it's not a problem to find it. We lived on the 4th floor, there is an elevator. The reception is located on the 1st floor, there is a duty officer around the clock. They try to resolve all emerging issues/problems promptly. The room has comfortable beds, 2 large towels for each resident, slippers, soap and gel dispensers in the bathroom. There is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle and coffee/tea maker. Upon check-in, there is drinking water in the room, which is not replenished. We lived for 2 days, as we realized- cleaning is "on demand". The price/quality ratio is 5+. When we left, we were shown the rooms after the renovation, which is gradually being done at the hotel - I definitely recommend it for a stay and, if necessary, I will stay at this hotel again.

Not bad for its price. The beds are clean. Air conditioning, refrigerator, shower in the room. If you don't find fault, you're not going to a hot country to stay in a room anyway, then everything is OK. The staff is friendly. I really liked the location. There is a tram stop nearby.

The star is only for being in the very center. And so - dirty bed linen with my hair!!!!! The kettle must be held in your hands to reach the markings. In short, it totally sucks. It is better to find a little further and a little more expensive.
