Unfortunately, there is a poor coordination of work. I arrived, and they told me that the bracelets had not arrived yet. I left, and after 10 minutes they called and said that the bracelets were in place. The result is this: I waited a month, arrived on the appointed day, and even so uncoordinated communication between departments caught up with me.
