The staff is polite and caring. The hotel is located next to the Blue Mosque and other attractions that can be reached on foot, which is very convenient. I wish the hotel continued prosperity!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. First of all, the reception area is very small and cramped. I fell there and injured my leg, which immediately ruined the beginning of our stay. When we finally entered the room, we were shocked to see a man sleeping on the bed. It turned out to be a hotel employee who was tired and decided to lie down in our room. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional in a normal hotel. This should not be the case. Breakfast was also very weak: only tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as the cheapest low-fat cheese. The quality and choice were much lower than expected. To be honest, staying at this hotel is a waste of money. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Everything inside is very old.The furniture is battered, to put it mildly.The floors creak all over the room .There is mold in the bathroom , it is very cold , the plumbing is old , everything is in poor condition.Sorry, it's not even possible to sit on the toilet because of the cold .It is necessary to ask for bathroom (bath) accessories and they are tiny jars , it is inconvenient to use .The room cleaning is sooo bad. Do not clean , do not wash .They just take out the trash can and leave . The door to the balcony is very low and you have to bend down to get out without hitting your head. Upon arrival, there was even an ashtray on the balcony with a bunch of cigarette butts. In fairness, I must say that the breakfasts are not bad, although meager and monotonous .It feels like they're saving a lot on everything. I won 't set foot here again , and I won 't recommend it to anyone .We wanted to take a photo , but we didn 't even take it .We tried to come only to spend the night , as it is very cold in the room, I repeat , and it is impossible to stay .
