The kindest and most courteous staff I've ever seen. The receptionist, Anastasia, is sensitive and polite, the cleaning is great, the cleaning is done every day, I don't know the guy's name, but he cleaned on the 6th floor, very polite. The food is delicious, the dinner is excellent ala kart. The staff is like one big and kind family. An amazing hotel!!! Insanely clean

Excellent hotel, solid 4*. Very pleasant. Residents from all over the world. It is located in a residential area. If you want to see the whole flavor of the city (not a tourist one) and its inhabitants, then you are here. The metro is 8min away. The Marina beach is far away. There's a mosque nearby, but it didn't bother us much. A warm, clean pool. We had a room - a 2-room apartment - that's something. This is a full-fledged apartment with a kitchen, an entrance hall, a dining room, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a guest bathroom. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine with dryer and necessary utensils in the kitchen. The bedrooms have double beds with good mattresses and clean linens, TVs. There is also a TV in the living room. Breakfast buffet. Open kitchen. There are many dishes, but we haven't tried them all. From the usual - eggs of all kinds, vegetables, fruits, sausage, pastries, porridges, fresh oranges.
