A good travel agency with decent apartments, clean, tidy, without mold and dampness. We stayed several times, in different apartments. The hosts are always ready to help and solve your questions

Cozy apartment on a quiet street. It's warm (we were in winter). There are all appliances, including a washing machine and a microwave (for some reason, a rarity in Turkish hotels). WiFi is good. There are groceries nearby and where to eat. Public transport and the historical center are within walking distance. It is important that there are no steep descents and ascents on the way, of which there are many.
Among the disadvantages: poor sound insulation. You can hear the street (but it is quiet) and the neighbors (in general, they did not bother). Another feature: there is no parking and a steep spiral staircase to the apartment.

A good place to have a budget vacation/stay in Istanbul. A beautiful area where it is pleasant to walk along European-style streets. I liked the fact that there is round-the-clock support and you can always write /come to the office and ask for help. The staff is cool, kind, helpful people, it's very nice to deal with them, very hospitable.
Positive:
A free light breakfast is served in a cafe nearby, a small plate for a light snack. you can order additional dishes, it's inexpensive
Free room cleaning
The room has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large shower, everything is OK
Nice apartment, no frills, cozy
Staff will always help, carry your luggage, tell you everything and help you at any time
Good location, close to Istiklal with shops, nice to walk, lots of cafes, everything for life is available. Not far from the old town, you can easily get there by transport: half an hour on foot, 5-10 minutes by tram.
Minuses:
Sometimes it was cold, the batteries were blunt. Everything is solved, just don't be silent about it.
I recommend this place, the girl and I really liked it, we didn't even want to leave. Just don't expect a hotel or luxury here, it's just a cozy apartment with all the amenities and great staff.
