Cozy apartment on a quiet street. It's warm (we were in winter). There are all appliances, including a washing machine and a microwave (for some reason, a rarity in Turkish hotels). WiFi is good. There are groceries nearby and where to eat. Public transport and the historical center are within walking distance. It is important that there are no steep descents and ascents on the way, of which there are many.
Among the disadvantages: poor sound insulation. You can hear the street (but it is quiet) and the neighbors (in general, they did not bother). Another feature: there is no parking and a steep spiral staircase to the apartment.

A good place to have a budget vacation/stay in Istanbul. A beautiful area where it is pleasant to walk along European-style streets. I liked the fact that there is round-the-clock support and you can always write /come to the office and ask for help. The staff is cool, kind, helpful people, it's very nice to deal with them, very hospitable.
Positive:
A free light breakfast is served in a cafe nearby, a small plate for a light snack. you can order additional dishes, it's inexpensive
Free room cleaning
The room has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large shower, everything is OK
Nice apartment, no frills, cozy
Staff will always help, carry your luggage, tell you everything and help you at any time
Good location, close to Istiklal with shops, nice to walk, lots of cafes, everything for life is available. Not far from the old town, you can easily get there by transport: half an hour on foot, 5-10 minutes by tram.
Minuses:
Sometimes it was cold, the batteries were blunt. Everything is solved, just don't be silent about it.
I recommend this place, the girl and I really liked it, we didn't even want to leave. Just don't expect a hotel or luxury here, it's just a cozy apartment with all the amenities and great staff.

Depends on the selected number. Mine was small - a single bed, a small table, a chair, a refrigerator. There wasn't even a closet. Just a recess in the wall with hangers. The shower and toilet are clean. But the location is great. There is a bus stop nearby. To the metro 15 minutes walk. Galata Bridge is 20 minutes on foot. Breakfast is a choice of three options. For Istanbul, the option is not bad, but not ideal. There is a kitchen, dishes, a separate bedroom, there is no cleaning, if the windows are on the road, it is very noisy, although there are apartments with windows to the courtyard. The breakfasts are normal, the hotel pulls on 3*

Very attentive staff. Clear. On a budget. I booked on the island, I can say that the room was not the same as on the reservation. There are very strange photos of the rooms, in general, be careful.
5 minutes to the bus stop, 12 minutes to the metro. Istiklal 7 minutes. There are plenty of places nearby to have a snack and a good breakfast.

I stayed with them from March 25 to April 3, 2023. Firstly, I was given the wrong room for which I booked, the photo turned out to be fake. The heating batteries generally worked only once for so many days and then they did not turn on at all. When I asked to fix problems, I came across a deaf misunderstanding on the part of the staff. They refused to give me the remote control from the air conditioner, arguing that the heating is on, but they don't care that it doesn't work. The room was not cleaned cleanly. The refrigerator does not close tightly, which is why water was leaking out of it. The sofas are dirty and stained with incomprehensible stains. I do not advise walking behind the hotel. There are a lot of drug addicts and suspicious guys there. The only plus is the place near Istiklal can be reached on foot. There are no more advantages.
