The Russian Embassy in Tashkent is heaven and earth now and 10 years ago. I don't know the reasons for the applicants' dissatisfaction, but in my opinion, the recording system works fine - the main thing is to register on time, arrive and collect the documents correctly, I issued a passport last year for myself (the old one expired) and issued a certificate of citizenship of the Russian Federation to the child. Everything was done on time (a foreign passport of 1.5 months, confirmation for a child of 2.5 months). When the confirmation came to the child, they called me from the embassy and told me to come get the document, plus they sent me a letter to my home address. Yes, it is not always possible to get through, but if you call at the specified hours, you can. Embassy staff are polite, there are no queues, because everything is by appointment, the rooms are comfortable, the air conditioners are working. I hope the quality of services will only improve in the future!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Tashkent for their assistance in obtaining a foreign passport for my newborn son. Due to the limited deadlines and the availability of urgent plans, the issue needed to be resolved promptly. I would like to express my special gratitude to Sherali Azimboevich Azimov for his attentive attitude, understanding and professionalism. Thanks to his support and the well—coordinated work of the entire Embassy staff, the passport was completed as soon as possible - in just two weeks, which allowed our family to resolve important matters on time. Separately, I would like to note the overall high level of organization of the Embassy's work, the attention of staff to the requests of citizens and the willingness to always come to the rescue. Such an attitude commands respect and deserves the kindest words of gratitude. I thank all the Embassy staff for their efficiency, responsibility and human attitude.
