A great hotel for travelers in Istanbul!
We stayed here for 6 days and we will be happy to come again!
I'll start with the pros:
- convenient location (5 minutes to the metro, an hour and a half on foot to the nearest attractions, less than an hour from the airport). There are a lot of cool cafes nearby where you can have breakfast if you don't take meals.
- clean, well-maintained hotel
- the hotel was checked in earlier for 4 hours, which was also very nice!
- excellent staff! It is clear that they care about the guests. Any issue was quickly resolved, the room was cleaned every day (linen, towels, hygiene products were changed). Upon check-in, they made a compliment from the hotel in the form of fruits.
Let's highlight the work of Fatma's maid separately! She was very attentive to the cleaning.
- delicious and varied breakfasts. There are both sweet and salty. Scrambles, scrambled eggs, pancakes, lots of fruits and vegetables. There were no desserts as such, but I didn't want to eat them for breakfast.
- The lobby bar is for a fee, but the alcohol is delicious and of high quality! They bring it to the room very quickly.
- A very beautiful and stylish room. And most importantly, it is spacious. It has a comfortable and large bed, soft. A comfortable temperature. Plenty of space to put your personal belongings.
Now about the cons:
- there was an unpleasant smell from the sewer in the bathroom, but this problem was quickly solved. They even offered to replace the room if necessary, so it didn't spoil the impression much.
- you can't take an iron in the room. Of course, this is very inconvenient, especially if you wear linen clothes in the summer.
- the bathroom is a bit shabby (the handle almost fell off)
- you can hear the noise from the street, but after 12 hours of walking around Istanbul, it does not interfere with sleeping.
- the refrigerator has a transparent door. At night it was very bright and made it difficult to sleep, I had to force him with a pillow.
What are the conclusions?
I think it's a solid 4.5*
There is something to improve. But these are minor things.
The hotel and its staff leave a very pleasant impression! The service corresponds to the declared stars.
We will definitely come back here again!

We stayed at the hotel for a few days.
To begin with, the location is not very good, the area is too crowded during the day, traffic jams (if you are driving), very narrow roads, in the style of Istanbul. Not the main part. The streets are quiet at night, nothing and no one.
Yes, on the plus side, you can walk to the neighboring elite area, there are many different cafes.
The very situation in the hotel is dark, there is very little light in the lobby, I have never seen anyone at the reception (they only came up on a call at the reception). And while communicating with us, the receptionist, a girl (I don't remember the name), was not at all sure about answering our questions.
Sewage smells were indeed present in the hotel and in the room (toilet area). The room was large, but cleaning requires a lot of repairs. There is a lot of dust, traces on the mirrors. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, dry cream, sugar cubes, water 0.5.
In the toilet area there was no paper, no hair dryer, no toothbrushes and paste. Only shower caps, cotton swabs, shampoo and shower gel.
Cleaning was carried out every day, towels were replaced. I didn't notice much cleaning. There were also no slippers or bathrobes in the room. At the request of the administrator, disposable slippers and a hairdryer were brought to us.
I read earlier that there is no iron in the room, and it's true. They do not provide room service, they will only iron you themselves for a fee. I didn't even ask about the cost.
It was also a surprise that they provide underground parking for their own visitors and charge them money, from their own guests for $ 10 or 250 Turkish lira per day. So if you're driving, keep in mind.
For breakfast, nothing special, all the days there was the same menu in the restaurant. The only thing that brightened up the atmosphere was the Istanbul view from the windows.
I was completely stunned that someone from their cleaning service was able to break into our room without knocking or warning early in the morning while we were sleeping. After that, there was an unpleasant aftertaste.
In general, it's up to you. I do not recommend this hotel.
This hotel is not five stars at all.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The main problem was the lack of an iron. I was on a business trip and got used to the fact that in any hotel, even the simplest, there is always a blackboard and an iron or ironing rooms. The obvious things. Here they offer to iron one thing for 10€. Hotel 5⭐️, for a moment. But they certainly took these stars from the ceiling. There was no smell of 5 stars here., a maximum of 3 and then, with a stretch. In the bathroom, only nail files and cotton pads, shaving supplies, dental kits and shower caps were not found. The cap was issued on request. The rest is also possible on request, but we booked a 5⭐️ hotel, right? The breakfasts are mediocre (considering the "stardom" of the hotel. No fish, for example. The pastries are not fresh, they are cold. Some fruits are spoiled or unripe. And the range of food itself could be much more interesting and delicious. Of course you won't stay hungry, but you won't get any pleasure. The restaurant staff is not always courteous, especially if breakfast time is nearing completion. In normal hotels (even in the simplest ones), they usually approach guests and ask if they need anything else from food and drinks, because in 5 minutes they plan to clean it all up. Here it feels like they are starting to do it with a special buzz, without warning and almost snatching it out of their hands. Waiters can very loudly put dirty dishes on a cart from neighboring tables, despite the fact that guests are still sitting and having breakfast in the hall. The cherry on the cake was when the waiter, silently and very abruptly, took a cup of coffee right from under my nose, which I planned to finish. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. We haven't heard about basic politeness here. Upon check-in, they did not tell us about the availability and opening hours of the spa and pool, we do not need it, but this is another reference to the quality of service. The interiors are shabby, right down to the fallen-off sockets. Mold is everywhere in the shower, the hood is not working. There is a TV with channel programs, but half of them (music or at least FTV to turn on the background) do not work. But all the news slag and TV series, shows in Turkish - are piled up. You have to call the reception several times to resolve some issue that has arisen. They don't understand it the first time, apparently. And some employees, in principle, do not understand, even in English, what they want from them, but for some reason they repeat your request and say OK. The only plus is the possible location and blackout curtains. But this is based on the tasks. For tourism, it is not very far from the main attractions. Although there is a subway, shops, cafes nearby. Finding a pharmacy that works after 19:00 turned out to be a quest. The streets around are quiet. In general, always look at the reviews, not the number of ⭐️, because some (like here) draw them themselves. This hotel has greatly spoiled the mood, we will not return here 100% again and we will not advise our friends.
