A week later, on 05.10.23, I decided to change the rubber, the tire service chose a neighboring box next to this service station. When removing the front wheels, there were problems with unscrewing the studs, the studs were all tightened so much that there was a deformation of the thread on some, they did not unscrew from the word at all. Then, with great effort, they managed to be torn off, and one spire broke. They were clearly overstretched when replacing the brake discs. In addition to replacing the disks, no work was carried out. By contacting Avtositi, with a claim about this, the answer was received, What do you want, metal wear. A week before, during the repair, everything was unscrewing perfectly, and now the metal is worn out. The result is drilling the hairpin at another service station, lost time, and - 50 rubles. I noticed that the rust was not even cleaned, the studs were not lubricated, twisted so that the threads were torn off. Auto 2017 V. Results- the attitude is not caring, and their obvious jamb, the work was done negligently, as they say, and so it will come off. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The mats were left wet, the openings were stained, the 5th door was stained, they didn't even climb into the trunk here... the glass was stained with drops, and they didn't even touch the edge with a dry cloth. There are also stains on the rear-view windows.
I decided to check out their so-called plastic sink. I open it, look, the dust is removed on the torpedo, the door handles seem to be wiped too, but lo and behold, I look at the seat belt lock, and there was a layer of dust, so it remained after washing them, the plastic of the seats is also untouched…
The disks are a separate topic... washed, yes, but then they need to be blackened, right? Oh, yes, when the blacks fucked up the disks again 👌🏻

I planned to change the antifreeze at this service station (my antifreeze is about 80p + the work of 35p craftsmen). To begin with, when making an application, the administration immediately asks you to leave, although there is work for 30 minutes.
Okay, I walk for the prescribed 30 minutes. I'm coming back, I'm going to make a payment. No receipt or acceptance certificate was given after the work was completed. I ask, "Is that all? You can go"- "Yes, that's it." Okay. I start the car, turn on the stove at maximum (excellent, so the master checked after the replacement), drive a couple of km to the house, turn off the car, leave it. I'm going to another city in three days. On the recommendation of the master, I pour antifreeze into the tank to a normal level (the tank is almost empty, it took more than half a liter to "gravy")... And then I notice that during these three days my car has cried out a huge puddle of antifreeze!
I think there should be a guarantee for the service area after the work is done. I'm going back to the station to figure out what the problem is. I ask you to make a diagnosis to understand what happened. The receptionist says, "it's a coincidence, it's not our fault, your radiator is bent." Of course, I didn't believe in such coincidences. I have a inspected car that regularly undergoes the antifreeze replacement was planned, before that it did not leak anywhere in puddles.
The receptionist offered to leave the keys and tomorrow someone will look during the day. The fact that by this time the antifreeze would run away and I would have to buy it 5-7L again did not bother anyone but me. I insisted on an examination today. The administrator (for some reason not a master) took a flashlight, looked under the hood on the street and said that the heat sink had come. (It is very interesting how he saw the radiator of the heater under the hood, if it is in a completely different place)
If you want to figure it out, go to the head of the service station.
The boss was rude, and said that they would not diagnose anything for free, much less fix it. There was no search for a compromise. I was just sent with this problem, roughly speaking. After an entry was left in the complaint book, the head of the service station went outside, caught up with him and threatened to sue.
I will say in advance that I passed the diagnosis later at the official car service: the radiators are in perfect order. The problem has been fixed.
There are several questions to this SRT:
Why is the warranty not valid after the work is completed? (Well, will you offer the client to pay for this diagnosis if it turns out that the fault in the problem is not yours)
Why is there no receipt and acceptance certificate issued? (This is a violation of the law)
Why are these documents printed only in my presence 3 days after the repair? (And by the way, issued to some third parties and with incorrect mileage data)
Why are they rude to customers?
In general, if you value the quality of work, your nerves and finances, this service station is not for you.
