A great hotel, for some reason it doesn't apply in Russia, the food is excellent, the location is top five, its promenade is very good, the view from the window is great (but you need the room to face the bay and be higher), a laser show every day+ fountain show, with fiery accompaniment. The entrance to the mall, which, in terms of prices and the number of visitors, surpasses the Dubai Mall in my opinion, is directly from the hotel, through the passage. I didn't find any disadvantages, the only one who doesn't speak English at all will be a little uncomfortable, because there are simply no Russian-speaking people.

I put a clean 4 , the hotel is good, the reception staff is suffering, to help or explain - no, this is not for them!!!! (Let me explain - they came up three times and asked where the restaurant was, pointed there, and came out from behind the counter, showed me the direction, escorted me, but they're above it , especially since we Russians can lick the Europeans) Food in restaurants: there is little, very little for breakfast, food for a child under 3 years old needs to be searched :)) and apart from an omelet and a piece of cheese you will not find. We went to two different restaurants for lunch, according to a special menu - but much better and tastier than breakfast :))), for dinner again, as well as a buffet breakfast - but better, chicken and fish are already appearing! Otherwise, the rooms are nice and clean - they do the cleaning well. The pool is nice , all heated 🤘🦾
