Don't mislead people. This is not an Orthodox church, but an Old Believer, schismatic church. There is no priesthood there. Ordinary men who wore cassocks, the sacrament of ordination was not performed on them (canonical for sure). They have nothing to do with Orthodoxy, despite all their external attributes - icons, crucifixions, bells...
