I like the stylish and thoughtful interior to the smallest detail. Darkened tones, subdued light and elegant details create a sense of comfort and intimacy. It is quite suitable for both a romantic dinner and a business meeting. A plus can be considered comfortable armchairs in which you can relax and enjoy the evening. As for the service, the waiter was polite and attentive, did not impose, but was always there when needed. We could have expected a little more efficiency, but this is not critical. Beef salad: tender, lightly fried beef, crispy lettuce leaves, juicy tomatoes, the truffle sauce was fragrant, not too heavy, so as not to drown out the rest of the ingredients, but only to emphasize them. The beef was perfectly cooked. The combination with the crispy vegetables was OK. The tartare was prepared according to all the rules. The meat was fresh and melted in my mouth. All the ingredients were balanced, and no single flavor dominated. It was not just a dish, but a culinary work. The only drawback was that the portion seemed rather modest to me. The steak was exactly what I imagined it to be. I ordered a medium roast, and it was done perfectly. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and had a rich, rich flavor. Justifies its price. The asparagus was elastic, with a bright taste. A great addition to any main course. Overall, my visit to this steakhouse was very pleasant. The cuisine deserves the highest praise. Meat, fish, snacks, everything was excellent. The service, despite minor shortcomings, left a positive impression. The interior creates the perfect atmosphere for enjoying a meal.

Positive: the restaurant is beautiful, the interior is clean, the staff is polite, the meat is shown before roasting. Minuses: - I wanted a dry-aged steak - not available. - They wanted scallops, they said that rubber ones had arrived (it seems to me that they were not available). - There was a hole in the frescoe tube. - They did not say that the waiting time for fish is 50 minutes. - I ordered a medium rare Chateaubriand, they brought it well done (pictured), and the center has medium. The waiter argued to the last that this is exactly what this steak looks like in medium rare and I can "look on the Internet." There was no desire to argue, and after an hour of sitting in the restaurant, they got very hungry. - It's amazing that the restaurant is called "Wood and fire", and steaks are NOT cooked on fire. My wish to the manager of this restaurant is: Please buy your cook a sous vide and a vacuum packer so that it gets into the roasting.
