Beautiful shopping mall. Located on Primorsky Boulevard. The choice of shops is small. On the top floor there is a fast food and a cafe with a view of the bay. it is not very convenient to take a taxi. lots of cars during rush hours.

Food court, electric go-karting, multiplex cinema, huge hypermarket.

A very cool shopping center, I really liked the descent down the pipe, delicious Turkish pizza on the top floor. You can go carding, though not cheap.
I didn't see any disadvantages, except for some services and things-prices.
