I especially wanted to mention one of the senior managers named Jamil, I don't remember the last name. I addressed him several times on the issues that arose in the trading floor. A real manager, promptly, professionally and very politely solved all issues, once even asked for five minutes, and personally brought the goods from the warehouse, which the sellers could not find in a timely manner. I recommend the store.

I once bought a bathtub mixer, AM-RM brand, that's all my quiet life stopped and by the way I bought it for 49,000 tenge, after installation in 3 months the mixer failed, I went to change it, they changed it and at the same time assured that this is an excellent model and a scanty marriage is possible, after installation in 4-5 months the mixer again it failed, and again I was replaced again, but at the same time they refused to change to another model, in general, the mixer broke four times and in the end, when the warranty period (one year) came out, they sent me far away, or rather to the service center. Thank God they fixed it there, but they said it would be paid next time. In short, it is better to take friends to Leroy Merlin, they will always change and repair themselves.
