This time, as in previous times, a very polite manager helped me pick up the battery, when I asked if I could get some kind of discount because it wasn't the first time I bought from them, he replied that only if I took the battery from the store myself, i.e. the cost was 960 rubles, and it would be 915 rubles, after consulting my husband and I decided to pick it up ourselves, although it is not convenient for us to go to Uborevich. A day later, on 11/21/24, I called the same manager and after making sure that the order was ready and there would be a discount, my husband went to get it. But they sold him a battery for 960 rubles. The seller did not want to hear about any discount. After calling on 11/22/24 with "our" manager, he said that this was a system failure and he would not return any money from his pocket. It turned out to be a very unpleasant situation and I would really like the head of this store to pay attention to my review because of such little things, people have an opinion about your store. By the way, the manager offered me some kind of promo code for my next purchase, but I needed a discount on exactly the product that I was buying and that had been agreed upon (maybe people are being "bred" in this store now).

It's a pity that they didn't want to go to the meeting. They will sell you low-quality goods for your money, and then they will demand to transport it across the city.
