It's funny, but in Kazakhstan, most places have a controversial vibe. For some reason, whenever there is something outstanding, there is always a "but". It would seem: excellent cuisine, good hookahs, decent service. But the devil, as you know, is in the details. The first time we visited this place, we were offered a VIP room to sit with the company and not be distracted by the common room. Interesting, we thought, and they led us to the basement. You might say that this is a common practice and many establishments do it, but the problem is different. Why call the basement a VIP area? That's not true. This is a low-comfort zone: phones don't work there, it smells damp, and you have to wait longer for waiters. Everything is fine upstairs, except that the ventilation for the hookah bar is frankly weak. The kitchen is worth mentioning separately. There are no complaints about the guys in the kitchen, they are amazing.
