I wanted to order a VDK Crystal Star 6-in-1 baby cot with a transverse pendulum, I called, the manager asked me to order through their kenga website.by and said that he would process the order on Friday or Monday, referring to the heavy workload. We made an order through the website - it was July 4th, we are waiting, no notifications arrived in the evening, nothing arrived on Monday either, I call after lunch to clarify at what stage the crib is, and they tell me what the request is, there is nothing, and then I said that I just did not process the order, it happens, we order through the manager, but they tell me that we won't bring it on Tuesday, we'll wait a week, as if there were already calls, but I agreed, we'll wait. The crib arrived, they took it away, they started to assemble it, and we understand that either the crib is not the right one, or the instructions that were sent are not the right one, or some of the details for the pendulum were not sent, because they stated on their website that you can use a pendulum and wheels at the same time in the crib, even there are pictures. We call the manager, explain the whole situation, take off the video and say that your description of the crib does not match, he gave Pavel's number, as I understand it, the owner of this sharashky office, this Pavel is responsible for situations where there is a shortage, non-conformity of goods, etc. For a week we decided that I wasn't armless, but they still didn't match the product, although Pavel wrote where we saw that you can use a pendulum and wheels at the same time and throws off a photo where it says at the bottom that you can use it at the same time)), the guy seems to be from another planet and doesn't see that what's going on in front of his nose + 4 bolts and nuts have not been reported + there is no locking handle for the pendulum. Then Pavel tried for 2 weeks to apply for a shortage, I write sarcastically, because the manager is still the one who ignores, the manager feeds breakfast, that Pavel is doing this and all the questions to him, I say that he ignores calls and does not read Viber, in general, with grief, I made an application in half and then the manager helped, discussed in parallel discount for all their shoals, but there are almost no complaints), because, say, the cashback was returned, but Pavel and the manager had to call for a week, I understand they thought I would ignore this situation. What happened in the end: I bought the wheels myself, modified the pendulum so that it could be used at the same time, they sent 4 bolts and nuts on August 12, but they did not send the locking handle, called a couple of times, wrote to Pavel on Viber and gave up on this situation, because they simply simply ignored my number and did not call back. That is, for more than a month we could not close the issue of the crib, I thought 1000 times in the place of people whether it was worth ordering here if you are expecting a baby. They still haven't deleted the old photos about the crib on September 10th.

The service is terrible. The delivery is being canceled. The courier called 30 minutes before arrival, requesting a fee not only for delivery, but also for taking the elevator (the delivery was free, the lift too, everything was agreed in advance). The payment method was changed without my knowledge. I had to call the manager in a hurry and wait for him to decide everything. Wasted nerves, time. The pleasure of shopping is ruined.

Terrible service! I made an order via Instagram. The delivery was constantly postponed. They promised within 10 days. It's been about three weeks. As a result, my messages were simply ignored, despite the fact that other accounts were answered (I specifically checked). I got through to the phone number on the website. They promised to sort it out and call me back. So no one called back. Calls from my number were not answered. Why would you do that? If there is no product, warn us, or offer another one. Your task is to sell, earn! It is necessary not only for the buyer!
