I recently stayed here and it was a great value. In particular, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were even willing to store my suitcase for a couple days after checkout. My room was small (I had booked the cheapest available) but I saw some of the other rooms and they were quite big. It was very clean. Great location - I walked to Tashkent central train station but there are also lots of buses near the hotel. The neighborhood felt safe.

There are no bathrobes, the kettle was dirty in the room. When we checked into the room, there was a wet towel, used disposable shampoo and gel. The slippers haven't been asked for yet, they haven't been given! The room is very uncomfortable. The door in the room was not closing well, and everything that was happening in the next room could be heard. We were relaxing with the child, we had to turn on the cartoons louder so that the child would not hear this shame!
