A very bad experience here , DO NOT COME !
The young black hair radio manager is very unprofessional and even Racial !!!
His forced us to eat in a cold out door place , we found a not occupied table in the Hall , he said no , we have to eat out door , just because we ordered the food there . We even explained that we could take the Foods in by ourselves. He said No , So We chose to leave , then the server stuff said we can sit in Hall
Why force your client to sit in cold wind ?
Several Times travel in Almaty , I have to say, I feel very bad to have a dinner here

I live nearby, but I'm not a fan of this place because of the specifics of the service:
- there are a lot of waiters, they just flash by.
- but they are not trained and they are running around on some business. .
As a result, orders take a long time to arrive. And the feed sequence ... chaotic. You can easily get dessert first, then the main dishes, then salads. Tea, coffee if you're lucky. Samsa, which should be hot, with delicious juice inside, can easily get to you already cooled down, with frozen fat instead of juice...
