I used to go to another car wash on Prytytsky, everything is fine there, but it's not on the route for me. I decided to try the same "premium" service in the form of an Iceberg according to the recommendations of friends six months ago - they wash it efficiently. In fact, in short, I am not satisfied and will not go there anymore. Among the advantages: polite staff, clean and comfortable lounge, location, well, the windows were washed well. Of the disadvantages, the car was washed badly (I don't know what word to choose): the openings were not washed, the interior was not cleaned to cleanliness, the lint from the rags on the panel, the plastic at the bottom of the thresholds and the bumper were not touched at all. Yes, perhaps I am wrong in my visions, and I had to choose a range of services more expensive than 79p, but no one offered me anything more "high-quality"

I have been using this sink for a very long time, I used to be generally delighted, but the last couple of years the quality of the wax seemed to get a little worse (previously, the effect of rolling drops lasted longer), I thought it was an outdated paintwork, but after buying a new car, this feeling did not disappear. But these are mostly small things, because they wash well.
But today, after another visit to the car wash, when I was about to leave, I noticed a large longitudinal scratch on the windshield. I asked the administrator (Yuri, if I'm not mistaken) to see what could have scratched so badly, but instead of somehow smoothing out the unpleasant situation (after all, the scratch could really have appeared earlier, and I noticed it only on clean glass in the light of a lamp) or at least go check the rag that was washed or dried (suddenly a pebble got stuck on it or something else) or at least explain why this couldn't happen here, he started saying that I already had scratches all over the glass from the wipers and it was because of them (this scratch is outside the wiper area), then he actually grinned and said that I scratched it myself when I was cleaning the glass with a scraper (I never do that).
In general, on the one hand, I cannot unequivocally blame the employees of the car wash for this scratch, and it is difficult to find a better car wash in the district and I will most likely continue to travel here anyway, but on the other hand, such communication with the administrator leaves an extremely negative impression.
This attitude has manifested itself before (when I asked to tell you more about the different types of protective coatings that this sink offers, and in response I received the most dry response in the style of "boy, get out of here, don't interfere with work" or when I tried to draw attention to the fact that the quality of wax has become worse), but today's situation outraged the most.
