No service rules are required from an institution of this level, but they still understand why they came here. The atmosphere of an ordinary self-service canteen, the waiting time is short, sit down and wash your hands, that's actually the order is collected. I ordered an understandable meal . The first one is a hodgepodge. A portion of the standard, for the money. The taste discouraged me: The pickle is probably infused with vinegar. The composition of the ingredients leaves a strange feeling of "what am I eating right now". I didn't find any sausages in it at all. There are pasta, mushrooms, pickled cucumbers ... there was a desire to take it to the test to those who cooked. But I didn't want to spoil the mood that day. I just put a tray with a plate as a sign of protest in a place for cleaning dishes with an almost full plate of this sour stuff. Sorry. There has never been such a taste on the street in Saigon.
