The pillows from the packaging were not like that, and after 14 years I saw the blanket with chemicals. I was very pleased with the result. So my verdict is 5 stars. The only thing I would like to add is 2 employees, because to create a request for cleaning or pick up things, you need to spend 20 minutes consistently, this is the minimum. After all, there are so many responsibilities for one girl: taking phone calls, advising, and at this time there is a queue of 3 people, and I understand that it is physically difficult for her to do everything at such a gallop. Please assign another employee to work with clients, at least to deliver clean items. Believe me, it will greatly reduce queues.
