I've been here more than once, new reviews have raised concerns, but...My tooth hurts, I can't stand it, I'm off.Saturday, referred to the doctor on duty (02/01/25),polite,sweet,pleasant...I was surprised by the good, even affectionate attitude, thank you) they sent me to the surgeon, a young guy, positive and caring, froze, pulled out, gave me a recommendation...Well, the nurse who took the surgeon's ticket from me spoiled the impression a little, then she says it wasn't there or it wasn't the right one...I didn't care about her...What can I say, people are different, but thank you so much for helping, for being kind, and for all the best!

I would like to express my deep gratitude and bow to the staff of the 13th dental polyclinic, in particular to the chief physician Elena Valeryevna Serafimovich, the head of the stomatology department Elena Mikhailovna Sereda and the team of doctors on duty on 03/20/2025 (Gorodey). Sensitive, attentive, responsive women organized a doctor's home visit to their sick, bedridden father without any problems .a disabled person with acute toothache . Doctor Gordey (unfortunately, I did not remember the name) carefully, carefully, painlessly conducted an examination, called an ambulance team, the chief physician and the head of the department are real leaders and at the same time very kind and attentive, organized the entire process of providing assistance and further postoperative care at home! This is not the first time I have come to the surgeon Golovko I.D. for tooth extraction, everything goes fine, quickly and, as far as possible, painlessly. He hears the patient's wishes, attentively treats them and pronounces his actions, a positive and pleasant doctor, a professional. The assessment is for the doctor, I do not undertake to evaluate the entire clinic, I only encountered removal, and everything went well.
