I've been here more than once, new reviews have raised concerns, but...My tooth hurts, I can't stand it, I'm off.Saturday, referred to the doctor on duty (02/01/25),polite,sweet,pleasant...I was surprised by the good, even affectionate attitude, thank you) they sent me to the surgeon, a young guy, positive and caring, froze, pulled out, gave me a recommendation...Well, the nurse who took the surgeon's ticket from me spoiled the impression a little, then she says it wasn't there or it wasn't the right one...I didn't care about her...What can I say, people are different, but thank you so much for helping, for being kind, and for all the best!

Terrible dentistry. I can't help but put below a star I won't talk about all dentists. But the dentist (a young girl), who was on January 18, 2025, terrible service, incompetent treatment of clients, cries of pain, during treatment and other procedures, do not ask the patient's condition and only respond when the patient reacted to the pain (with a small cry) caused by a gum prick: "why are you shouting like that, you scared me, you have some kind of devil sitting there, maybe go to church!!!!" I do not recommend it!!!! 2 fillings fell out, I decided to put fillings for free (you can't see on the far teeth, so it's not so important, I thought!) But I really regretted that I went to this clinic! It so happened that I got to different specialists, it was difficult to find something in terms of time with work… So out of 5 doctors, I liked only one, unfortunately I do not remember the full name! She was the only one who reacted to the slightest discomfort. The rest are all hands ***!!! They sealed the teeth so that it became worse than it was without fillings! Not only did they fall out after a couple of days, they also hurt a lot when chewing, and caused discomfort! Thank God I found a good doctor who did everything for me very quickly and efficiently! For comparison, she made two teeth for me in 30~40 minutes! And I went to these 3-4 weeks, then the medicine was laid and sent 10 times, then the channels were cleaned for an hour! It's a pity you threw the coupons, so you would also have indicated their family! I highly recommend it! Don't set foot here anymore!!!

A standard state polyclinic... it's a bit difficult to get through (even though it's dentistry).The prices are pleasing! I have been to the dental surgeon several times -I was satisfied, but it is frustrating that disposable diapers / towels are not allocated to the state dentistry and (if there is any blood on the field of operations, and it is common to wipe yourself)- there is nothing at hand... you need to walk with everything you own!

In April 2022, I went and took a picture, I was told to rinse and drink nice...Now I went to another clinic in another area. After seeing my April dental scans, I was shocked that they did not help me in any way at the 13th polyclinic. I do not advise anyone to seek help there! I have lived in this area all my life and after half of my teeth were destroyed in this clinic (THEY DRILL an ORDINARY HOLLOW!AFTER WHICH YOU NEED TO EITHER PULL OUT OR PUT A CROWN) I go to any other, even for a fee, but not there!! Such clinics need to be closed, and the staff should be dismissed without the right to continue working in this specialty! If you are bothered by a tooth or tired of it, contact 13stamotalogy, they will help you!!
