I visited an institution with friends the other day. The food is good, only that some positions were missing for some reason. The drinks there are very tasty and I really like it. But the staff is not very good, maybe they are newbies and do not work for long. They don't remember the order at all, even though they write it down, they don't bring what they ordered, even though they poked their finger right on the menu. The dishes are not cleaned on time, they bring an extra order, but there is nowhere to put it. The desserts don't arrive at the same time, so it's fine if they also informed you that your order will be delivered now, but no, not a single word, considering how they take orders, you have to guess whether they recorded it or not. In general, the place would not be bad if it weren't for the service.

It's a nice place, the food is served on time, but for my taste it fell a little short of 5, but the service is excellent, you can give 10 points for it. We were a company, the girl not only counted everyone's food, but also divided the drinks according to the customers correctly. There were some incidents that the staff helped to solve quickly, which helped to keep the mood of the whole evening.
