I stayed at the hotel in August 2025. I liked the guest house. Everything is clean and tidy. The hotel is located off the main road, in a quiet location. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Near the market, shops, cafes. The hotel staff is very hospitable and friendly. The receptionist named Jenny is very attentive to the guests, trying to solve any issue. The food in the guest house is very tasty. In the evening, you can order a barbecue, which will be very tasty and fresh. The room was cleaned every day. Towels were changed every other day. The bed linen was changed once in 10 days. All towels and linen are snow-white, relatively new. The only drawback is that if it's too late to return, then you'll have to walk 200 meters in the dark, because there's almost no lighting on the road. I recommend the guest house.

You fall in love with this place right away, the beauty is insane. Especially when you are welcomed as a loved one, as if you are at home. We flew with the younger children for the first time, there are minor problems with the border, everything is long and tedious, but it's nothing compared to the hospitality of this home hotel. Jenny, she greeted us with a radiant smile, and it was like this for 10 days. She is very attentive, interested in children, suggests what and how best to do, where to go on an excursion. The cuisine is excellent, there are always different dishes and lots of them. Tomorrow, lunch is included in the package. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is pure white, bath towels, hand and foot towels.. Disposable shampoos and soaps never run out, just like toilet paper. The room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, electric kettle, table lamp, in general, everything you need for a good rest. Thank you so much for being here. All the best and prosperity. We visited Abkhazia for the first time in our lives. We chose a place to stay for a very long time, searched through a lot of information about hotels and guest houses and settled on the guest house "Reproy". I must say right away that they did not regret the choice at all, although they expected the worst. We had a rest from 6.09 to 16.09. 2025 with a small child (3 years old) and two grandmothers. About the guest house: we had 2 rooms: 1 room on the 4th floor and 1 on the third (for our grandmothers), rooms with balconies, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning and a hairdryer. The rooms are bright and quite spacious and cozy. Everything is clean, the bed is snow-white and soft towels. The room was cleaned every day, the trash was taken out, soap and shampoo were reported. The bed was changed 1 time, and additionally changed 1 time at the request of the child (it just got bad at night). I think that's enough. The towels were changed three times (every three days). The halls on the floors are also clean and spacious, there is a coffee table and a sofa, air conditioners are working - you can sit and admire the panoramic windows of the mountains. The dining room is in perfect order, they are fed twice a day (breakfast and lunch), they are very tasty and varied enough, they were always full. Special thanks to Natalia, the hostess of the kitchen, for this (unfortunately, I don't know the patronymic, I didn't ask). Thank you for agreeing to cook some dishes separately for my mother, as she is allergic to sunflower oil (cooked with corn or butter). The guest house is also very cozy: there are benches, flowers and small trees around, as well as tables and chairs under the canopy. In the evening, you can sit and order a barbecue and/or fish on the grill, and that's what we did. The barbecue is delicious, order safely!!!! We never tasted the fish, we didn't have time... but I think it's delicious too. Thank you for taking the child and me to the hospital and bringing us back, we didn't have to call a taxi and look for doctors for a long time. Stepan remembers his "uncle"! Unfortunately, I do not know your name, but I am grateful to you (I hope they will tell you) It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea with a child, not far, the way is convenient (we even found two, the second one is a little shorter). Nearby there is a market, canteens, shops, pharmacies. There is a playroom on the second floor of Europa City, they say, we liked it, we took the child there a couple of times. The location of the hotel is good, we were worried at first that it would be a long walk to the sea, but upon arrival we realized that this was not the case. There was a slight disadvantage - these are mosquitoes, but this is definitely not for the hotel, they were everywhere. There are no mosquitoes in Altai in September, so it was a bit surprising. On the third day, we bought mosquito repellent plates, which helped us spend our evenings more comfortably and sleep at night. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff: they are just wonderful and sincere people! We are always ready to help and suggest something if you don't know yourself! Janie is an administrator, always friendly and also ready to help. You can definitely come here with children - great attitude towards children no matter what!!!!!! I definitely recommend the guest house, you can come back here again and again!!! I would like to wish you prosperity, good health and more grateful guests!!!
