It should be borne in mind that breakfast at Moscow time starts at 10, and lunch at 15. It took a week to get used to it, but very decent dishes are cooked on the grill in the yard (trout is especially good). They clean often, the staff is friendly. Own water filter system (no one got sick while they were resting).

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the administrator and, apparently, the hostess of the guest house, for her kind heart, for her caring and sensitivity, for her helping hand. Although we did not have a chance to live in this wonderful place, it was clear that the living conditions here were at the highest level. Thanks to the driver Arthur for his help in finding a place to live! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

An excellent hotel! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist, Natella.She immediately endeared herself with her kindness and benevolence!The room is clean and cozy, has everything you need to stay, was cleaned every day.And I was pleased that there are roller blinds, they helped me a lot to hide from the bright sun! Too much praise, maybe for Abkhazia in terms of price-quality and a good hotel, but in terms of service they lag far behind. Either the room will not be cleaned, or they will not be allowed to take more food on the buffet, emphasizing that there is not enough for everyone (which actually changed the whole opinion about the rest). The commandant is almost looking at your plate, apparently if you take too much, they will also tell you.
For that matter, it was easy to make a portion meal rather than make remarks. The same applies to cleaning dishes, I have no problems with this, I clarified when I first visited the dining room, but people constantly leave, and they are shouted after about the plates. If suddenly someone from the administration is not aware, then usually (even in self-service) everything is cleaned, and if not, ads are written on the walls.
There are no complaints about the quality of the food, modestly and at home.
Once there was no hot water, but judging by the reviews, there are also problems with this in the season, in principle, there are no special inconveniences in this regard with a low load of the hotel.
The receptionist is a really good woman, they also took a "jipping" tour at the hotel, I recommend it when visiting Abkhazia.

We had a rest in this guest house in October 2021. A good place, the house territory is very tiny, the rooms are cleaned every day, but I would like them to be cleaned more carefully! (do not wash the floors around the beds and chairs and dust) The dining room is good, 3 in 1 coffee and tea are served for breakfast, the choice is small, for 10 days we were sick of 3 in 1 coffee. Our child does not drink tea, so I drank ordinary water for breakfast. I would like to see milk and juice for children at breakfast. And so the menu is quite diverse, every day there are different soups for lunch and 2 types of the second. Minus there is no laundry! There are a lot of dirty clothes on vacation with children, washing some jeans with your hands is a so-so activity. The sea is close, literally 5-7 minutes on foot. But the beach is dirty. Sun beds are paid 150 rubles. In general, we really liked Abkhazia! A very hospitable republic with kind people and incredible nature!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The homely atmosphere is very inviting. The rooms are modern (air conditioning, refrigerator, shower, toilet, shampoo, soap, TV). All rooms have a balcony. There were no interruptions in water and electricity during the entire stay. It is a pity that in 2020 there was no food, there were nearby catering facilities. The sea is about 10 minutes away, the road goes along the stalls. The crooked road is only near the sea and near the house (after the serum on Osetinskaya street, the rest of the road is tiled. The guest house is next to the big Gagra market, convenient.

People were paying. But no services were provided. *** stopped contacting, blocked websites and phones. More than 200 people were deceived. There was even a TV report. People be careful!!!

We had a rest in September 2021. The hotel is small, calm, homely. The food is the same homemade, without frills, but it is not poorly cooked.. Everything was fine with us. Nice guest house 10 minutes from the sea. The food is a buffet with a small number of dishes. You won't stay hungry. Friendly staff, solves problems that arise during check-in without any questions. Cleaning every day. There is almost no territory, there is no swimming pool. There is a market and many shops nearby. I recommend you to check in.

A very nice place!
We only came for a week, but we really liked it!
The house itself is new, beautiful, spacious, cool (which is not unimportant in the heat), quiet and calm.The staff is intelligent, polite and pleasant.
The rooms are cozy, separate shower/toilet, TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle + cups with spoons and plates.
The food is delicious, satisfying and healthy.There is a lot of choice.The buffet.
There is a cafe on the territory adjacent to the house, and delicious barbecue is fried in the evenings.
The only negative thing for me was the food system - breakfast/lunch. We mostly skipped lunch, as we were on walks/excursions.

Good afternoon, everyone! We rested in the "Reprois" 07.09 - 09/16/2020. I don't understand people who write untruthful reviews. For what? Firstly, the hotel is located far from the sea, 3rd beregovaya, in an alley, which is not illuminated in the evenings. Also, leaving the alley where the hotel is located, on the corner, on the right, there is a large dumpster, the stench of which we had to "enjoy" daily. The room was cleaned 1 time in 9 days, and only partially. The towels were changed 2 times. However, the garbage was taken out daily. Regarding the staff and the environment, yes, everything is really good, the staff is friendly, the rooms are good. But the location of the hotel is terrible, I do not recommend it, it was very unpleasant to walk daily through a broken, dark (in the evening) smelly alley. The beach also leaves much to be desired(((
