Good afternoon! I want to leave my feedback about this place (I usually do this in exceptional cases). Let's start with the master I got to: Evelina. A very sensitive master, attentive to his visitor. During the procedures, he explains everything and talks about each step, which is very pleasant, as it becomes clear what we are working with and what we are doing. We are always in touch (via chat with the administrator, you can always find out certain points and get an answer to any question). I did not lose the choice of the master. I am also confident in the professionalism of the other masters. The service is at a very decent level, the staff is very polite, they always offer drinks for the waiting period (even if you are in the waiting role and did not come to the procedure). The location is convenient, it is not difficult to find. This is the first time I've been to a place where I really want to go back, even if it's not necessary. Thank you for such a job! I've been to many cosmetology studios, but they really helped here. The specialists are professional and attentive, they explain everything in detail and select the appropriate care, they do not prescribe anything superfluous. Prescribed treatment really helps. I visited this studio for the second time and was absolutely delighted. I had a consultation with Alexandra three months ago, she described everything to me in detail, prescribed home care with a different price range to choose from, as they say, for any budget) After three months of home care, I came back, they cleaned and peeled me, the procedure was not pleasant, but Alexandra's gentle hands made it less painful.
