I am a regular customer of glo, but after my last visit to this store, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the attitude towards customers. We bought the device on 09.11.2025. Six months later, it failed. When applying for a guarantee, we encountered an absolute unwillingness of employees to solve the problem. They refused to replace me, saying that the device "does not hit the database" and is not linked to a phone number. I want to emphasize: this is a direct mistake of the seller, who did not enter the data into the system at the time of sale! I have a bank statement (payment to ZE MOUST) confirming the fact of purchase here, but the staff ignores the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection" (art. 20), according to which the absence of a receipt or paper guarantee is not a reason for refusal. Instead of admitting its mistake in registering the product, the store simply shifts the responsibility onto the customer. I highly do not recommend this point: if your device breaks down, they will look for any reason not to fulfill warranty obligations. *** The situation has been resolved. The store management contacted me, apologized, and promptly replaced the device with a new one. The conflict has been resolved, thanks to the administration for an adequate response. However, the staff at the point should still improve their knowledge of the rules of warranty service in order not to bring simple issues to claims.
