On May 13, at 16.20, I arrived for the order, because I received a notification of its availability. Upon arrival, the pick-up point is closed, there is no light, only a piece of paper on the door "closed". I called support, they didn't answer anything in fact! And to drive once a day with the hope that the alternative will work so-so.

I don't really like this pick-up point. Staff turnover, new employees often do not know what to do (two different employees called me twice and found out what to do). Once an employee smoked and chatted on the phone at the entrance and was unhappy that I was not ready to wait for her until she finished smoking and finished. Another time, an employee (already another one) issued invoices and could not put them aside to give me the goods. In general, in comparison with the World Bank, it's not very good.
P.S. I don't know where to answer you. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the exact dates of both cases. The smoking employee was a long time ago, around the end of February. The second one with invoices has been recently, a couple of weeks ago.
